Default Stock Gauge cluster wiring question

I am in the process of doing a twin turbo LQ4 in my 99 camaro (originally a V6 car). I have a build thread named My 99 Camaro Build. I’ve completely gutted the stock harness and and have been wiring up my own. I’m stumped on a few of the instruments on the stock gauge cluster. Looking at the pin outs, I don’t see how the gauges receive info for the tach, fuel level, and coolant temp. I have the white tach wire from the PCM, I believe it’s slot #10. But I don’t see where to hook it up on the gauges

Also, on B5, the purple and white wire, I’m confused on the verbiage they used. Am I wiring this to the coils or the starter relay?

Thanks again for any help or recommendations.
