I have a 96 impala ss that was 5.3 swapped from a donor 2003 silverado. engine, harness and computer used. Only mods are long tubes and a mild camshaft. car fired up and ran after swap. Had a shop street tune it with HP tuners and it ripped when it came back. had good power. Drove the car to work twice and the 3rd time, it started and was running rough. car has reduced power. hard to start, 3 codes popped up when i scanned it.

P0200 Fuel Injector Circuit Malfunction
P0342 Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Low
P0343 Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Low

I have replaced the camshaft position sensor and it made no change. The computer is in the front where the battery tray is behind the headlamp. it is not mounted and can wiggle around. Is it possible a wire got tugged on or water from the hood and fender gap ran on top of the computer and caused an issue? it did rain between the time it ran well to the time it ran rough. I have no idea what to do next. any help is appreciated.
