Default TCS n20 activation min time

I have a question concerning the "TCS min time" value.
I plan on grounding the Red53 for 4* of timing retard.
As recommended I upped the "TCS max time" to 410s and did the same for the "min time".
Was I wrong to put the min time at 410s too or should it have been left at 1second?
Will timing retard happen for 410s because of what I entered for the min time even when I remove the ground from R53?
Or doesnt it matter ?
Thanks guys
99 trans am using HPT

What is the function of the TCS Min time?

For posterities sake...
once triggered- - the tcs minimum time will hold onto the amount of retard requested until entered value runs out.
Then ramp gives back the timing at a rate of value/ 12.5ms
