Look up Electromotive EFI. The TEC3 is an older version of their system. The claim to fame for that system is the speed timing wheel and how it's supposed to control spark very closely. A buddy of mine had one on a 5.0 HO in a Cobra kit car. Decent system for it's day, but does not have a lot of features of the newer stuff out there.
