Default p0340 code

hey guys, so my car has been down for about 6 years and i finally got it back together. before she went down there were no codes and she ran pretty good, now i'm getting a p0340 code and i know the sensor is new (ac delco), wiring doesnt look pinched and my hp tuners is reading rpms but my tach isnt reading at all. could it be a problem in the pcm? she idles fine from what i can hear, shes an 02 camaro cammed turbo 6.3 so shes loud but the engine sounds like its running fine. no issues with starting, havent taken her for a drive yet. harness is oe, no cuts or splicing. also what pins do the harness go to on the pcm if i were to try and test the connections? ive attached an idle scan as well as my tune
