did the starter and arc'd and extension on the starter cable now my obd2 port isnt connecting to my scanner checked all my fuses and they were good scanner is a snapon scanner it did work on the car before my bonehead move. Any help is appreciated. Was trying to hook my scanner up to diagnose P0171 and P0174

 

Did you actually test the fuse or just look at it?
