What would cause this ?

What would cause this ? My ls swap 2005 Colorado 6.0 lsa 4l80 ford 9 in.Has three problems truck run and drives great.BUT has three electrical problems CP harness traction control fault indicator comes on but if I reset trip indicator it goes off. Also sometimes the alt. charging light comes on i have checked voltage its charging fine.Next crazy thing if i have interior lights are on and i speed up engine setting in park lights go off.Any ideals on what I should look for would be a great help. THANKS A Lot.
