Fast 102 I bought a 99 z28 and it has a fast 102 lsxr and unknown 102 tb. It’s always hunting for an idle and it seems very rich. I don’t have any way to log it but I can video what it’s doing. It will jump up to 1400 then almost stall and keep doing that. Occasionally it will stall. It’s a 6speed with headers, loud mouth and small cam. Matt from sloppy was saying these big tb’s are tough to tune (not his exact words) so can I send the computer out to get programmed? I’m in the process of moving and when I get settled in I’m putting the Holley X max in for future swap and I’m familiar with Holley stuff. I’d like to get this thing at least close so I don’t look like a Harley rider constantly revving the engine up saying look at me. (***)
Occasionally it will have a p0172-175 code but it goes out. I sprayed the engine down with brake cleaner while it was running and the idle didn’t change so I’m thinking it’s not a vacuum issue. I don’t want to buy HP tuners just for this. It also has a stumble when it’s cold so that might be related. It has 410’s so I usually don’t use first gear.
Any ideas?

I’ve looked around for tuners but no one gets very good reviews. I might just put the ls1 intake on and hopefully it works better. My new motor is a rec port head so the 102 won’t work anyway without mods.

You can flash that PCM using PCM Hammer and inexpensive (under $100) OBD2 hardware.
Not sure what operating system is on it right now but 12587603 is well supported and you could switch to it.
