Default Going SD Tune, kPa high, need help with Injector Flow Rate

I'm using GEN4 50lb Flex Injectors 12613412 in a GEN3 N/A LQ9. The data has been converted to GEN3 and posted here in the "injector sticky" thread. Logging the SD error in the scanner and adding the numbers in the VCM editor I'm seeing kPa numbers over atmospheric up to 105. I've read the Injector Flow Rate can cause these higher than normal readings. Should I lower the IFR numbers to drop the kPa and start all over or just ignore the high numbers and keep working on the SD tables.
