safe tune for inspection?

safe tune for inspection? Im hoping someone can help me out with a safe tune for HP just for an NY inspection... im running the Terminator X and piggy backing the STOCK ecu so ill have gauges and still be able to plug in for the NYS inspection. i have a full current performance harness for my blazer so when i get it inspected i can run the harness fully out and drive just a bit to "ready" the monitors to be able to plug in and pass...

just simple and safe enough to literally scoot around enough to get the monitors ready. thanks guys if ya can help me out or point me in the right direction!

i know you can turn off rear O2 sensors and emissions... im not sure if you can turn everything off and then it will pass... doesnt the vehicle have to be running while they plug it in?
