Default MSD Atomic LS EFI first start problems

Hi,
I´m Tim from Germany. I swapped a Chevrolet LS1 Engine in a BMW E30 Drift Car.
Yesterday I started the engine the first time and it runs!!!
BUT: Very High Rev and Backfiring in the intake manifold.
I use the MSD Atomic EFI LS Kit PN: 2957.
Maybe someone is here who can help me out.
I know there can be a lot of reasons for this problem, but maybe someone has the same problems?

The engine Setup:

Chevrolet LS1 from Camaro
MSD Atomic LS Efi Kit
LS1 Camshaft grinded to LS9 specifications
LS3 Intake Manifold
92mm Fueltech Throttle Body
Injectors: 12569113
Coils: 12558948
Map Sensor: 12614970
98 Octane

I hope this is the right Thread for my problem.
It would be nice if someone can help me.

Thank you for your answer!
Do you think a vacuum leak can be a result of an Injector which is not sitting in his correct place?
