Hey guys,
ever since i updated to Hptuners VCM Suite 4.8.7 ive had nothing but issues on the 2 tunes ive done after.

after pulling the stock tune, modifying it and write calibration i get codes that say its lost communication with tcm/ecm

first tune i did is still driving fine even with those codes, the second one has the same codes, drove fine for a day but then the security light came on and will not crank! flashed the stock tune back on and same thing will not crank!

does anyone have the previous version that they can send me that i can try?

i also have submitted a ticket with hptuners with no real help yet

 

I have an old "Beta" VCM software version from 2018 (4.1.206.0)

The only reason you are seeing codes like that now is because they've added the ability to see other module's DTC codes in the later versions.

 

Hello, I'm looking for older versions of vcm suite. I need one that will work with mpvi2 that has the change vin option on it still, all the newer version don't seem to have it unless it's hidden somewhere. Thank you. Adam

Anyone here happen to have version 3.6 handy? My old laptop finally died on me and my USB version of 3.4 doesn't have everything I need for the Sierra... don't want to ruin my MPVI1 that I bought for tuning the truck....
