Holley terminator initial set up questions

I purchased a Holley terminator x max for my set up. I plan to tackle the wiring and initial start up this weekend or next weekend, but I do not know how to properly set the tuning for my application. I don’t know the answer to some of the initial set up questions such as: target hot idle, ignition timing at WOT, afr at WOT @ 0 boost, and afr offset per 7 psi
The shop that built my engine won’t answer my calls so I’m looking for some guidance or hopefully someone with a similar set up can tell me what I need to know. I also want to know if the motor would be safe to drive to get tuned (about 60 miles) after getting the motor running. Or what needs to be done in order to get it there?

9.8 compression
234/254 .613/.624 117 lsa
mast 285 heads
FIC 850 cc (94 lbs)
Magnuson heartbeat supercharger 80 mm pulley (about 10 lb of boost)
