no pulse to #3 p0203
12V to pink wire at injector key on and while running.
I assume the only thing that could cause is this break in the ground side (tan) bad connection to pin 38 on X2 (GRAY) or a bad ECU..
If I am on the right track then Ohm out the tan wire to the pink / black in pin 38? If good then it must be ECU ?

Back probed ecu with test light I Saw it grounding.. #3. .. Cleaned everything put noid light BACK on Now number 3 is Firing
Still see no color on #3 header tube.. pulled plug.. found crack in Porcelain, replaced plug color on header tube.
I am Now working on a new 02 sensor code.
