Default Tuning HELP!!

Hey guys, I need some help with my tune. I am attaching my Scan File from HPTuners. Basically, I started my car up last night after driving for about 10 miles, when I cranked it it popped and didnt start. So I hit the starter again and it started up but was low idle. So I reved it up and th idle picked up to like 1200. It has previously idled around 700rpm. The cars idle nver went down. So this morning I saw that one of my vaccum caps had popped off, so I reinstalle it but that didnt change anything. So I took it for a drive and scanned it at the same time. Now, I'd like to preface this by saying I took the car to a tuner when I first got it going and it has been running good ever since. But now that Im looking at the scan I am kind of concerned about a few things; Spark timing, TPS %.

Please help. BTW, 2002 LQ4 stock motor. DBC. LS1 intake. 36 lb/hr injectors.

Do you have any codes showing? Maybe the pop damaged the maf sensor? What does the MAP read at key on, engine off?

You have some issues.....

Your LTFT are maxed out and at some points the STFT are adding 15% or more.

First thing I'd check would be fuel pressure.

I pulled my Tune File to share just in case it can help. When I popped the hood I found another loose vacuum line, this on was the PCV was loose, but that didnt really fix the idle. Although it did bring the LTFT down from 25% to 9%-15%.

Just wanted to say that I was able to get the idle issue corrected. Turns out that the TCI trans controller TPS ground was interfering with my PCM TPS ground. So I disconnected the TCI wiring and only used the reference signal. Everything works the way it is supposed to now.
Also, the fuel trims were messed up because I did in fact have a vacuum leak which I corrected as well.
