Need some help figuring out strange lean condition

No worries, it looks like your MAF is off quiet a few points across the board but then again I know you weren't setup tune wise to calibrate the MAF during these logs. Or my Scanner graphs aren't correct to read your setup (I'm currently setup to tune a 2013 Camaro SS), you are running a 0411 with an LS7 MAF.
are you comparing the MAF Hz vs airflow in lbs/hr?

well my o2s were wired up correctly... and I ended up getting my injectors cleaned and flow tested. They were off a little and one injector in bank 2 was clogged.
also I think my fuel pump is starting to wear out as I noticed it’s only making about 60psi (pre FPR) and at one point the pressure dropped to 50..
wiring is good on the FP.
also no exhaust leak prior to the o2 sensor.. down the way there are some as the exhaust is slip fit.
