Spark no fuel ,pump cycles though

Default Spark no fuel ,pump cycles though

Just put the package together 5.3 ,T5, 2006 stock truck harness and ECM, ,HP tuners eliminated the VATS made some other basic changes (complete rewrite),verified all the ground pins have continuity to the block ,pump cycles have fuel into the rails it starts if I spray carb cleaner into the intake... also have a spare ECM with that installed same problem being it still had VATs figure it would at least start and stall .. Any Ideas what Im missing ,,much thanks!!

Pump leaking in tank?
"pump cycles have fuel into the rails " At what pressure?
Noid check the injs?
Injs been sitting?

Thanks Il check the fuel pressure today , I need to get a noid tester will pick that up today to and report back... ((( EDIT ((I did do an injector flush during the process they had a good pattern ,,sorry realized got this confused with my other LS truck so i never did flush these)

Well I checked the fuel pressure came n at about 58,,I have a constant 12 volts on the pinks at the injectors with key on ,,,,just did a quick check (test lamp technic) got a flicker there on the neg ecm side of injector,, pulled the injectors put 13 volts to them and hear nothing , spray filled them with carb cleaner and not even a dribble..I think I have all 8 stuck injectors??

Absolutely possible.
I see that frequently when I clean injs out of junkyard engines.

I soaked them a while in a mixture of atf and acetone and pulled them sprayed them down with carb cleaner ,taped on the metal base lightly Im hearing slight click not a loud as an old bosch one off an old 5 liter mustang I had around ,,anyway flushed out the rails and got the injectors back in the rails going to try the pressurized injector tool and power up each injector and see what iv got ,,
What's your Technique for freeing them up

I have an inj cleaning test bench.
I pull the filter baskets, and try to see if they will operate. If not, a solid rap w/ a screw driver handle.
I also put them in the ultrasonic bath, heat it, and run them.
Some can be soaked, then hit with air, from the nozzle end while powered up.
It's hit miss.

Thanks for the tips ,, I got 2 of them freed up seem to be spraying well and shutting off well after a couple of cycles ,,six are still a no go ,,I just had those soaking in acetone did a number on the o rings just read its not recommended not sure what's inside these as far as rubber or plastic hoping there not toast anyway just pulled them sprayed them again with carb cleaner tap on them still no luck last ditch effort sprayed them full of PB blaster ,seem what happens in the AM

That could well kill the coil insulation.
Given the issues U R having, I'd suggest a new set be purchased.

I got 7 out of 8 clicking and spraying this AM ,mine are the multi tech 2 ,was searching online last night for a new set ,mine are 2 hole do you happen to know is the much difference if I were to put 4 hole multi tech 2 in without getting to involved in tuning?

You would have to compare specs using part numbers.

Just get the part number off the injector and put in to google. I did that on my swap and it was quick to find the ones I had plus logical replacements..
