Default Gen IV motor in 4th gen z28 cam sensor and o2 issue

Just finished installing a resleeved and stroked LS2 in my 2000 m6 Z-28. Having some hiccups and having trouble nailing it down. It’s throwing codes p0343 and p0342 for cam sensor, has intermittent loss off the tach on the dash. Also per my vcm scanner the front o2 sensors are not switching and appear to be stuck at .447v. Motor has a 24x reluctor on crank and 1x cam gear. I used the racetronix front cam sensor adapter and using the cam sensor part number off an 05 gto. Cam sensor is brand new gm and I have tried changing it twice already, I’ve also tried swapping the outter two wires on the adapter harness with no luck. Also the front o2’s are brand new ntk sensors. Tune is a closed loop Sd startup tune. Any help is greatly appreciated
