C5 A4 Dead Pedal in Reverse

Drove to town yesterday everything was fine/normal, got home put it in reverse and no throttle, it does go into reverse and will roll but only at idle, HP scan shows demanding throttle but the pedal is dead, revs/drives fine in P/N and all other gears besides reverse. I have no clue or where to even start. Also posted in the transmission section to hopefully get more opinions.

Shot in the dark on this. Sounds like one element (BCM, TCM, ECM) is not getting the R signal and thinks the tranny is in N.

I have no clue, seems its not a common thing, its not throwing and codes, somebody mentioned the TAC module but I dont get any messages for reduced power or active handling.
