Default Need help with a T87

I have a swap done, L86 and 8L90 in a 67 Camaro. I had to buy the ECM and TCM separately from the drivetrain because they were not included. The ECM works fine (already tuned) but the TCM is setting codes. From what I understand the TCM either needs the correct VIN and or the 8L90 program with the specific solenoid info on the side of the trans case. Can anyone help me out? The GM dealer doesn’t think they can do it with a used TCM.

I havent tried flashing a used T87 since GM changed SPS to techline connect but they are doing there best to block flashing used modules. We used to flash used ecm/tcm's daily and now once we run out of used ones we will only be selling new ones.

With the engine running, depressing the throttle and shifting the trans through the gears, I have a slew of new codes. Hopefully this can reveal what’s causing these issues:

P2635
P0657
P0706
P0708
P0751

This is after I sent the ECM and TCM back and had them flashed at the GM dealer, then retuned.
