02 sensor code zo6

02 sensor code zo6 Hello all, I got an 02 zo6 that was throwing a p0156 code. This is I believe the bank 2 sensor 2, soo the rear 02 sensor being set off. I don't have any rear o2 sensors, and the cars been tuned to not show that code. Well i decided to replace bank 2 sensor 1 anyhow and now it's giving me p0154 code. I'm curious what your guys thoughts are on what's going on. I did have a shop install a forged ls3, and they had went into the tune and added fuel because they said it was a little lean. When I left the shop p0156 appeared. Do you think it could be from them adding the fuel?

I'm not too sure, I get tuned by pat g and was there last spring. We didn't get a full tune , cause my pistons were mest up hence the ls3 build at the shop. However pat said it was close, soo now I'm not sure if I should take it back to pat for the full tune ,without knowing if it's actually my o2 sensor or something else going on.

If they turned off the codes, then it shouldn’t appear at all. If you have no cats, then those codes should always be set to “no error reported”… The weird part is, I’m almost sure they are because if they weren’t the CEL would of been immediate. Pat G is a god in the tuning world, but even he can make mistakes. I highly highly doubt the codes were left on. However if it appeared as you left the shop, perhaps he missed a line. It’s possible. I’ve done it. We all have. Just have him take a second look. It’s probably something in the tune, which is also not something I say everyday.
