Lm7 swap dies with throttle
I’m doing an lm7 swap in a 240sx and having an issue I can’t seem to resolve.
idles great. Live data shows everything working. TPS is within range. Reads 0-100% with steady increase in voltage up to 4.5v
the problem is once you add any throttle it will die. Always comes back to idle well but any throttle input kills it.
fuel pressure confirmed 58psi. Throttle blade cracked open. IACV a bit high on the counts but shouldn’t cause it to not run at all with throttle.
no codes tripped.
wired as per lt1 swap. Triple checked pin outs, grounds and such.
2003 express van 5.3 engine
fast EFI 102mm throttle body
2003 Silverado computer 2003: Serv. No. 12576106 with Hwd. No. 12570558
1 changed to 0 in the system settings for etc
any advice would be very appreciated, really scratching my head with this one
thanks

I had mentioned to my tuner that I wanted the OS re flashed to something that was drive by cable. He tried to modify the existing file in the tune but couldn’t get it to work.
Re flash to a 2003 express van or a known dbc manual tune and it’s good to go.
the 102mm throttle body worked for me. Obviously I’ll need to fine tune it but it wasn’t the root of the issue. iAC counts make sense and it idles and drives well now
