Old truck guy

I am acquiring parts for a build I’ve started putting a OBDII drivetrain in my K20. I intend to use a 4l80e tranny and I’m stuck on the transfer case. From the reading I’ve been doing if I understand correctly with the 0411 ecm I need a 40 pulse input from the vss for accurate speed and shifting. Is this correct? If so I believe this limits me to a np241 from a 89-91 burb since I need a passenger side drop. These are very difficult to find. Is there a way to achieve the correct vss output from a np208? Very easy to find. I also understand that I need a 4 low input correct???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can calculate the proper pulse input to pcm, so it doesn't matter how many pulses the VSS puts out
