Just fired up a new cam and tune (tuned by reputable tuner)
Idle really rough and generally runs like crap, also doesn't rev when the MAF is plugged in
Fuel trims look like its running crazy lean right?
any thoughts? huge vacuum leak?

 

Look for vacuum leak(s). After that make sure your sensors are all on board.
Then call your tuner.

 

Have you talked to the tuner or did you just run to the internet?

 

Hmm.....
Did I call the tuner on a Saturday evening? Or offer some PID data to a forum designed to help others in hopes of a simple fix before monday.... ?
