None in those plugs should read 12 volts or anything close to it.

Also why I asked where you got the wiring information from.

Pin C is for 12v ref on cam sensor. Reads 12 v . Not correct? I'm using the same ls1 99-02 pinouts . Google search 99-02 ls1 inputs first result mkr motorsports pinouts.

Earlier you said you have 12 volts at cam sensor, crank sensor, map, tps.

I asked a few times if you had 12 volts at map and tps and you said yes.

I'm asking again do you have 12 volts or close to it at the map and tps?

Got it running broski. Thanks for the help during this difficult time haha. Got a general question on IFR. Right now I am running a set of Tahoe injectors rated at 58 psi at some given lb/hr, don't remember exactly. But I scaled down the IFR as I am running 43. Psi of fuel pressure. But that's how my ve was tuned. To get my tune more on point I am going to be fitting a regulator and bumping my psi to 58 so I can get the correct injector data in there as the IFR that was put in is not dilated in . Would I have to retune the whole ve ? Not sure I know how to explain .

So what was the actual issue of it not starting? You didnt mention what you did to fix the issue, either it was something fairly easily overlooked or took some trail and error testing.

And yes it would be best to optimize the ve for proper injector data.

Several issues I had to fix. To begin with I noticed a wobble on the balancer while turning the engine over. Turns out the new timing set I purchased at AutoZone, the crank gear was machined wrong. The taper on the back was smaller not letting the crank gear sit all the way flush in turn not letting the reluctor sit were it needed to be. Second, my harness needed to be rewired. I had it totally wrong. I looked at the factory LS ecm pinouts and realized I needed to tie all the grounds to the back of the head and separate bank one inj and coils from bank 2 inj and coils . Also something was wrong with the Cadillac tune that was not allowing it to start. Maybe extra security measures on that tune. Segment swapped to LS and it fired up. Has anybody successfully used a Express van tune to run a 24x swap. Reason I ask is because the LS tune doesn't have a pid for cam offset like the Xvan tune. Want to dial it in but can't as the LS tune doesn't have a cam offset pid.
