Reviving this old thread.
I'm also looking for this version of HP tuners 4.12.4, all my old tunes & files were saved in this version and unfortunately my laptop crashed. I have the tunes & logs backed up but unable to reinstall 4.12.4 on my new laptop since I can't find this installer. I have some other installers if folks need, like 4.10.7.
