Scanning with efi live question I have 2 LS swapped vehicles that I drive daily, I did all the PCM work myself using PCM hammer and TunerPro. That was great to get the car and truck running in stock form, but as problems come up I’m stuck using a cheapie scan tool to diagnose everything. I plan to do many more swaps and mess with some v6 and I6 stuff so I think it’s time for me to buy the proper tool for the job.
My question is mainly about using the scanner with my Porsche. I have an 05 Boxster S, and I don’t need to make any changes to it, but I would like to be able to plug in to it and read trouble codes and watch live data. Would efi live do that for me, or would hp tuners be better?
I’ve searched and searched but really haven’t found an answer.
