Question Accelerator Position vs Throttle Position?

Hi all, I did a LS3 swap in my 2002 C5 Corvette track car and got it tuned/running almost there except as I get off the throttle the car nearly stalls.

Some background on this swap:
Stock 2008 LS3 with LS2 GM silver blade throttle body p/n 12570790, long tube headers and vararam intake.
Lingenfelter trg-002 58x-24x - lights seem to read correctly when car runs.
2002 GM OEM PCM with a 2008 LS3 stock tune flashed in.
Autoblip box wired to gas pedal, I'm uncoordinated and cant heel/toe!

My tuner noted the accelerator position sensor SAE and throttle position sensor SAE were not following each other but were way off. The car ran ok at idle and when we gave it gas but on decel it almost stalls.

Any directions we should start to look at? THX Brian!

I also need to add the "Autoblip" box was added previously and worked, however it was for 97-04 Corvettes, but I have a 2008 engine and LS2 TB.....hmmmmmm.......possible problem area?

Considering you can't just flash a stock LS3 tune into your 02 PCM I would say the problem is probably in the tune, but without a tune posted or a log file it's just guessing. I've never seen the Autoblip cause an issue like that so I highly doubt that's it...
