I am fairly new to the ls platform

I recently just installed a fitech ultimate ls intake manifold, 92mm throttle body , 36lb Injectors and fuel rails.
I also replaced both crankshaft sensors and and camshaft position sensors since I had the intake off.

Well the car fired right up but of course it took a second but now my SES light is on and it says it's the camshaft position sensors bank 1.

Do I have to relearn the sensors since I replaced them?

AND IS THERE A PERFORMANCE SOFTWARE THAT CAN TUNE AND RELEARN? I do not want to drive it any distance to get it tuned till I atleast get the light off cause it is running rough
