Default LS3 MAP-T sensor

Wanted to swap stock ls3 MAP sensor wit a MAP-T sensor to eliminate IAT …..and tried using a Bosch MAP-T but wouldn’t fit.

ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS MAP-t sensor than is compatible?

Bosch T-MAP does fit in the hole of a stock LS3 manifold. I got mine from Haltech.

I don't know if the transfer function is usable with a stock ECM though?

Thanks.. I have 2 GM ECMs on my engine for redundancy (LS3 on a Cessna aircraft). I use a Bosch MAP-T installed at intake vacuum port for the backup ECM system …but main ECM has separate MAP in stock position and IAT on air filter. The Bosch map-t works great when running the on backup ECM, but is too big to fit the stock LS position.

If I can see the tech specs for the sensor, I can determine if compatible with the ECM tune.

I will look at the Haltech. Thanks.

I got all my technical documentation from the Bosch Motorsports website, but I see that site is now shut down. I think I saved files on my computer, I will look for it and get back to you today.

The Bosch 1 Bar T-Map sensor part number is, 0 261 230 217
I put a copy of the transfer function in post #2 of this thread, https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/ltx-...lectrical.html

Haltech sold it in a kit with connector and terminals but I don't see it now. Looks like all the part numbers at Summit Racing are no longer stocked either. Perhaps it is become obsolete? I would call Ballenger Motorsports, they are usually up to speed on this type of thing.
