Closed loop drop cylinders

Closed loop drop cylinders When it switches from open to closed loop it drops the two front cylinders each side. So 1,3 and 2,4. Read about o2s but the state the full bank so right or left. Mine is two cylinder each side. Back ground. Ls1 t56 in hot rod. Ran perfectly. Replaced clutch reinstalled engine. This problem started. Replaced o2s. No fix. Changed plugs and wires. No fix. Replaced crank position sensor. No fix. Weird!?! Any help thanks

As moderator I try to get every question answered to some extent.
Now, to try to help you, have you looked at the O2 voltages with a scanner? I think the experts here will want to see those voltages and read a clearer explanation of what is going on. Something happened when you re-installed the engine; perhaps the engine harness got damaged.
Please explain what "drops the two front cylinders" means. They stop firing? How do you know? Maybe just too lean to run properly.
