Recommended Haltech tuners?

Recommended Haltech tuners? I've got a local buddy who rewired his HPR 468 C5 Z06 for a Haltech Nexus R5. The suggested tuners seem to be very unavailable. It's fairly tuned above 3K but the drivability needs work. Does anyone have leads on competent Haltech tuners that could help him get everything possible out of that ECU?

im in mims just east of you, have a hub dyno and a nexus r5 on my car. can probably get you where you want to be. i thought you were not in florida or i would have said something before.
