Probably need to give some info on the car. Was it tuned after the H/C/I install and running great, and now it just started have problems? After it shut down after your WOT run, did it restart and make no abnormal sounds? Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Do you have software to monitor IAC counts?

It’s currently on a mail order tune but it’s been running ok until now . Car starts with a bit of surging then continues to idle fine with no abnormal sounds . Checked and can’t find any vacuum leaks . Rpm’s climb normal when giving gas with no issues but as soon and I let off the pedal rpm’s drop low enough to stall and currently have no access to hardware to monitor iac counts

It’s 100% tune related. A mail order tune is good enough typically to get a new build started and run enough to check fluids. You need to find a tuner. I’m moving this to PCM forum…

Something has clearly changed since the time when the car DIDN'T have this problem.
Did the tune change, or is the PCM still running the same tune as when the engine idled well?
If the tune didn't change, then I don't think the tune caused the problem.

in my experience engine behaviour (especially idle) can change some over time, for whatever reason that is.
→ idle airflow/throttle follower. have them tuned.
