U0100 and P0700 codes

U0100 and P0700 codes Hello everyone,
I have searched all over for trying to figure out why I get these codes. I know it has to do with the ECM/PCM lost communication and Transmission Control System MIL request. I just don't know the solution.
I had an L92/4L60 combo that I had been running for a few years in my 72 Nova without any trouble codes. I recently did quite a bit of several changes and mods to the car including swapping the transmission out for a 6L80 along with a new harness to work with the new transmission. The engine turns on and idles fine and I can shift through the gears P,R,N,D.
I read in other posts that it could be an OS incompatibly. The engine is from a 2007 Yukon Denali and the transmission is from a 2013 Silverado. Currently the ECM I have has a service# of 12597121 and I'm not sure if I have to get a newer ECM with service# 12633238? OR do I just disable those codes from coming up?
If it matters any, the 4L60 came from a 2008 Silverado.
