Reduced Engune Power ( Cheapest RESET ?)

Reduced Engune Power ( Cheapest RESET ?) Wife's Daily driver has intermittent Reduced Engine Power.
03 Yukon, Bought the rig with a YUGE Spectre intake, Loud mufflers, had a NEW HITACHI Throttle body and pigtail- on inspection, I found a loose butt connector splice to Throttle Body, cut, solder, heatshrink all the connections fixed everything------ for a month..
Wife has just called with a random re-occurrence of Reduced Engine Power.
She does not carry a tablet with HPTuners loaded: Question for the gang here is-
" What is a cheap, reliable easy to use device WIFE may carry in her DD for Resetting occasional DTCs ? "
. Gotta be OBD2 plug n play, wife friendly unit.. ,
