Default Holley Terminator: Wideband O2 failure rate

Been limping along, trying to get a nice little 383 GM crate motor to run smoothly with Holley Terminator.

Had a bad MAP sensor ( Holley).
Replaced a bad wideband O2 sensor ( Holley)
now getting extreme driveability problems, runs ultra pig rich, too stinky to drive. Possible that I have destroyed a second HOLLEY wideband ?
They are expensive these days, and really should NOT be a "wear part". Is there a recommended aftermarket WB O2 that can work with the Terminator ?

The AEM Wideband on my Tahoe is doing just fine since 2016

bosch 17025 will also work from your local parts store.

Either you have a mechanical problem or ecu issue if its eating O2 sensors. Where is sensor installed in the exhaust?

Wideband O2 sensor installed on 3" collector rusty Walker Y-Pipe. Noticed some open cracks at the Y, probably bringing in a buncha AIR.
Have a new Y on order. That might help, IF I can get the tune re-loaded.
The Holley touchscreen is acting up, doesnt want to read from my SD card saved files.
.
Probably would be cool to write a straight up SEA-Level OPEN LOOP SD tune to load in emergency.

Have installed a new Walker Y-Pipe, old one had a crack big enough to stuff dollar bills in, 6 inches UPstream of Oxygen sensor Bung. Been chasing my tail trying to tune for years.
Hit the O2 sensor with a mapp gas flame to ' cook the carbon out' put in some clean used ngkTR5, Terminator is running smooth now.
