I bought this e-book about a year ago and recently had a computer crash and lost it. I tried to re buy this book but the only place I could find it was speedshoptv. the web site is either down or no longer working. Does anybody know where i can get a copy of this book?

thanks for the response. The site works but I can’t order the book. Says PayPal isn’t working and won’t let me pay any other way
