O2 sensor discrepancy
Start the car and both do as expected until about the 15min mark the b1s1 drops to 4mv and stays there so b1 starts adding fuel +50%
New o2s, checked fuel pressure, spark, grounds, ohmed out wiring
Any ideas
????????
Checked A few more things today, went for a drive and as soon as it went into open loop same thing happened except now it’s bank 1 , it’s randomly swapped banks gggrrrr
initially b2 sensor 1 will start adding 50% more fuel once it goes into closed loop with bank 1 sensor 1 normal
today bank 1 sensor 1 started to add 50% more fuel in closed loop with bank 2 sensor 1 normal
so the problem swapped banks
in between drives I fixed a broken wire going to the alternator and put a new fuel hose from fuel rail to regulator
At the moment I’m ohming all wires from o2s to ecu and all are good, I just have to test ignition voltage wires to o2s
i have the service/repair manual for the car and it says , engine off ignition on if I get 1265mv I have short to ignition, bank 2 s1 shows 1265mv but when I ohmed the wires it showed good Mayb it does if shorted and I’m testing wrong
i can rule out ignition and fuelling as an issue due to when I command open loop the car pulls hard
The bank confusion came from the service repair manual showing conflicting side
