Trying to scan a friend's 2007 silverado and came across this weird obd male to female jumper that leads from the regular port to nothing? Anyone ever seen this? Is the female portion supposed to plug into another male located under the dash? I have seen under quit a lot of these dashes and have never seen this or even a 2nd obd port where this would connect to.

Haha it was never parked at my place thankfully!!! I ended up finding the actual OBD hidden underneath with the rest of the wiring! Wherever that obd splitter heads surely doesnt have power since it is unplugged. I might get a chance tomorrow to see what they connect to maybe
