Default Computer mods...

Last time I had a computer mod I took a same model out of the salvage yard and mailed it off for reprogramming. Worked great. But I did have to go to the dealer to get something reset that I just can't remember. But the shop manager knew and did some sort of a match from new computer to engine. That was about 18 years ago. I just can't remember exactly what was done at the GM dealer.
Anyone elaborate and refresh my memory of what I had done after reprogramming the computer?

BTW, I had the performance curve upgraded, needed to use 98+ octane and the shifts were nice and "snug" not to hard but a lot faster and snappier than stock. Also adjust spedo for 3.73 gears. It was money well spent.

Well, if the computer changes spark advance enough a high octane is needed. But you knew that already, didn't you. So why reply?

Could have been the Anti Theft relearn or it could have been a cam/ crank correlation relearn.

What was it that you had tuned?

Because no one sits here running 98 Octane.

All this bragging about how you're some computer programming genius with hot lingling as your wife, but you seem to have "forgotten" a lot of basic ****..

Because you didn't do anything of any of it, and troll this forum from mommy's basement. They finally buy a car for you tinker with and crawl out of that hole for fresh air?

Yea this guy is clearly trolling. Several posts of insulting people including telling the admin to STFU, on limited time at this point. These people are computer warriors that need better hobbies, or get to their chores..
