Angry Help on Tune-Running Really Rich-Newby Here

I have 1998 Corvette, 6.0 Iron Block bored .010 Supercharged.
The person before me burnt up the engine(#3 piston ring lans broke). They started the engine rebuild and then I acquired and finished it. Made a few changes to it like a different cam and removed the meth injection kit.

I purchased the HP Tuners set-up as to learn to tune and do my own tuning. I have been following Chopperdoc and GRG and a few others on youtube trying to figure this out. I can use a little help.

Car was originally running a 1 bar MAP, I changed it over to a 2 bar and changed the OS to a 2 Bar Speed Density and then updated my VE table running at the top about a 33% increase. Expecting it to push probably around 10-11 psi boost. I was driving the car very carefully before this OS update a few times and it seem to be running somewhat lean.
Now after doing the update and trying to get it ready for the SD tuning, I have done my first few starts and it is running extremely rich so much that the car is rough and will die. I have tried pulling back on my PE table on the low side( Didn"t think this would do it, but tried). I did not make any change to the lower side of the VE, So thinking something in the OS upgrade that I missed or something in the SD set-up is causing this. What am I missing or does this look normal and I just need to start tuning. Trying to tune in LAMBDA but not sure I set up my EQ ratio correctly for a Gen 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

I see a couple of issues that stand out. One is that you have to use the scanner controls to reset fuel trims after you flash a new tune. The log you posted has some very positive fuel trims adding fuel to your already rich situation, even though you are in open loop for the entire log. Also, even though it appears that you have correctly failed the MAF in the tune, for some reason your log details are not indicating a MAF error as they should. I have no idea why that is. Honestly, I would start off with a stock tune to make your changes from, as the person before you may have made any number of questionable changes to the previous tune, and these could unknowingly be affecting everything you try to do.
