Default P219a & P219b

Hello all! I am having a strange issue with my 2011 Silverado 5.3l v8.
I am running a p219a and p219b air/fuel imbalance on bank 1 and bank 2. I have checked my air box, air filter, changed MAF, TPS, checked fuel it sits at 45 at idle, 55-60 key on. MAF Reads 4.3, SHRTFT1 -0.8 LONGTFT1 15.6, SHRTFT2 -2.3 - 4, LONGTFT2 18.0, O2 BANK1 Reads 0 to 0.700, o2 BANK 2 Reads 0 to 0.720.
Issues is very sluggish response, hard shifting(new trans) you can feel the misfire here and there and when it drops down to v4 you can hear it sputter until you put your foot back on gas. WOT gets me literally nowhere.

Which year and model truck and engine? 5.3 is only the displacement

it's a it's 2011 Silverado 5.3l v8 4x4

if your truck is not flex-fuel, maybe the E10 at your local station is now e15.
check the FPR.

its acting like an intake manifold leak, hence the high LTFTs

mine is none flex, also i replaced the fuel pump all codes went away but its still sluggish as hell, trans read 202 today as well and it's literally brand new with a new cooler.
