PCM Hammer Won't connect
That first picture, "Access to COM3 is denied" means that something else is using COM3.
Rebooting should fix that.
The second picture shows what the settings should look like. The "OBDX Pro" port won't always be COM3, it could be any number, but the number doesn't really matter much. What matters is that PCM Hammer is using the port that the OBDX device is using,
The third picture tells us roughly what the first one told us, just confirming that the app can't talk to the OBDX device.
I think there's a pretty good chance that rebooting Windows will free up COM3 again so that it can be used. But if the OBDX shows up on another port number that's fine too.
