Default wtf is happening in my log?

I was pulling a log off of my bone stock 07 Trailblazer 5.3 to try to diagnose a misfire in cylinder 8. Going over the log it appears like the datastream is freezing? Randomly throughout the log every data point (RPM, Speed, O2, injectors, etc) freezes. I can see some small changes, usually in the o2 sensors dropping precipitously and other data points dropping by 1 or 2 over a span of a few seconds. This does somewhat seem to occur when the misfires are happening, but I can't 100% say they are related.

I also don't know if this is the same issue or another, but I also noticed the O2 sensors would randomly hang while cruising. They would be doing their normal bouncing between rich and lean, and then out of nowhere just stop and start increasing in voltage until eventually they'd go back to doing their thing. I don't know if this is normal operation or if I've got some weird issue going on.

I've attached logs of the log freezing, as well as the o2's hanging during cruise. Also the entire log file in case anyone wants to see the whole picture. Tune as well.

Any thoughts/advice are greatly appreciated!
