Default Tuning. Manual Hold 1st gear question.

I'm new to tuning and I'm currently playing with my trans tuning. I was just looking through different parameters in Tunerpro and came across these 2.
My car is a Holden Monaro(same as 04 GTO) LS1, 4l60e with a P01 pcm.

Manual Hold Gear, 1st, 1->2 Shift Speeds
and
Manual Hold Gear, 1st, 2->3 Shift Speeds

My question is, can I program these so that if I select 1st gear and leave it there, it will change into 1stand then 2nd at the selected speeds?
The reason I ask is because I have trouble at the drags maintaining traction when I launch, and it always changes into 2nd when I ease off to gain traction. This kills my run every time it happens. I figure if this setting does what it looks like it should, I can select 1st and let the gearbox do it thing and change gear when it hits the selected speeds in each gear.

Thanks

I just tested this with some low speed settings and it won't change into 3rd.
When I get a chance I'll modify the speeds for manual hold 2nd and see if that works.

Update.
Manual hold 2nd won't change into third no matter the speed I set it to. I'm assuming I don't actually have this option even though it shows up in tunerpro.
Does anyone have any ideas if I can actually achieve this without modifying my normal or performance setiings?
