Default Check tune

I built an lq9 with summit 8719 cam, holley 4150 single plane EFI intake with OEM truck throttle body, Schofield zommie headers in a demolition derby car using a turbo 350 transmission and speed density tune. I can not get the intake air control position down below mid 90's, in gear it will stall out in gear when I let off the throttle. Any help would be great

You need to chuck that file in the trash and start over. There is no reason to use a 2bar custom OS on a naturally aspirated motor. Your VE table is garbage, but that is likely because you have been trying to tune it without the MAF properly disabled. The changes to the spark tables are not exactly optimal either. I didn't bother looking any farther, because there is no reason to.

Thank you. I will change to a 1 bar os. What all do I need to disable the MAF?

You need to have it set for "MIL on first error". Right now they are set to "no error reported", which means the codes can never fail. If you actually had a MIL that you did not want glowing at you, there is the option of unchecking the light for those codes.

Before doing anything else, I would make sure the idle air control passage in the TB is clean. Dirt or other fouling could restrict airflow. That being said, you may still end up needing to drill out the air bleed hole in the blade slightly because of the aftermarket cam.

I used another stock throttle body and it was the same.
