How long before readiness test are ready?

I'm wondering how many miles before all the readiness test are ready? The ones I remember off the top of my head:

-missfire
-fuel system
-comprehensive component
-catalyst
-O2 heater
-O2
-EGR system

Fuel system and comprehensive component are always ready so I'm not worried about those. It's those other ones that I've never seen ready and I got to do emissions now.

I'd give it at least couple hundred miles. Most of the tests complete fairly quickly, but the evap, I think, takes a few cycles.
