Default help with changing shift points with HP Tuners

I am trying to get my car to stop hitting the rev limiter on the 2-3 shift. so far this is what i have done:

lowerd the shift speed to 70 MPH and 5500 RPM in normal hot and performance. It still hits the rev limiter at 6200 on the 2-3 shift. what do I need to do?

Also under transmission>torque mgmt>torque reduction vs. torque vs. shift. I put everything to 0 is that the proper way to remove TM? It did compleatly fix the problem I was having during my shifts.

lower the rpm & shift mph in all 3 areas lol...you want to use the rpms as your flag so technically you could put your mph at like 50 and it wouldnt matter.

I did lower the RPM and shift MPH in all 3 areas. it still shifts at 6200 RPM bouncing off the rev limiter

Minimize your shift adaptation time (Shift Time)
first of all.

Then go through the process of setting rev limit,
RPM shift and MPH shift

What will minimizing shift adaptation time do for me?

Check your max. spark retard limit. If its too high it will cause RPM float during shift. Give the transmission a chance to pull down the revs. during shift. I wouldnt go any higher than 15 degrees.

Less time for shifts means you can start the shift
later (MPH/RPM) and still get your business done
before you hit the limiter.
