Default BIG PROBLEMS , +25 LTFT's on BOTH banks

I thought my car was running super rich after I swapped in some 42.5 ligtning injectors as the car was stumbling and bucking at low throttle, light throttle or decel etc. I had a freind tune the pcm for the injectors with hp tuners but its always ran a little bit messed up afterwards and chugged gas.

Well I ataped the car after I got an ses light and the LTRIMS are off the hook lean. O2's are reading around 200 . The computer must be dumping fuel like mad to compensate .

I have codes for lean condition on both banks and overall system being lean

Any help on how I can correct this or if this is another possible problems. With it untuned on stock injectors it was about -7 to + 3 LTFT's

Heres a copy from the fuel injector table stock with 29.8's vs the 42 SVO's

Stock
3.62-3.64-3.66-3.69-3.71-3.73-3.75-3.77-3.80-3.81-3.84-3.86-3.88-3.90-3.92-3.95-3.96

42.5 @ 39.15 psi ( should be 51# @ 58 psi )

6.12-6.15-6.19-6.24-6.27-6.30-6.34-6.37-6.42-6.44-6.49-6.52-6.56-6.59-6.62-6.68-6.71

Can someone compare the tables that has similar or double check the math for me. I was told the 42.5's were rated at 39.15 psi and the 28.8 at 58 psi .

Any help would be great !!

Edit: I should add I get no knock anywhere , I though that was messed up. . . if its that lean shouldnt it be detonating like a ****

I think you should start with Finding out what your fuel pressure is at
58-60psi should get you actaully pretty close
your trims should be negative based on the number you have plugged in
which leads me to beleave your Fp is lower

Im trying to scrounge one up right now and Ill let you know what I find out.

I figured from the bogging , the smell and the fuel consumption ( pig ) that it was super rick and safe but I guessed wrong

Update . .. . .

I cleaned my maf with a q tip and some white gas (I had cleaned my fipk filter about two weeks before )

Anyways now the LTFT's are between +11.4 to +15.6 all the time at cruise so it actually helped a bit. Mostly +15.6 both banks. The o2's seem to be jumping / switching better too not sure why.

02's are 950 at WOT with no knock retard so it appears to be nice and rich at full throttle.

With bi directional controls I did the cylinder balance test which looked good except the car couldnt keep its idle in the window very well.

What would cause the car to run rich but read lean ( not an exhaust leak ) ?? Ive checked it over a million times and its nice and tight. Is it possible the computer see's lean because of the headers and cam .
