I've also had this going on lately. The car randomly goes between cells 15 & 22 at wot. It's also a '98 with SVO#30, !EGR, modifed VE & PE tables etc. From the logs it seems the EVAP tests never complete. Can I eliminate the EVAP completely somehow ? .. so it would not be messing with the cells.

cell 15 is the PE cell right before the transition to WOT IIRC its still a closed loop cell. WOT is open loop and cell 22. You need to look at your trims right before you transition to WOT if they are positive they will applied at WOT. Sounds like what you are seeing. You need a little more ve tuning or maf tweaking to get rid of this and get the correct fueling at WOT. Even thoguh the cell may "appear" negative look more closely chances are the moment before they arent. Also have you turned off COT

cot is off, the car, while on the street, hasnt shown this and the only thing changed was the o2s to the denso vette rears. right before i got wot the trims are all right around 0 then they shoot up to +9. ill try to get a screen shot up tonight when i get home, ive never had this problem before so i dont know much how to fix it. im in sd mode as well

Cell 22 is power enrichment modified, so the values in your pe vs rpm table are probably too big.
Changing values in your ve table effect the pe table vs rpm also,
Cells 0 to 15 can be defined by two tables, Or if you want to see how the tables are defined, all you do is look at the two tables and draw a line on each one that is set and that will make your cell grid for your specific application.
most of the time you will never see a higher cell like 15 because it should be very high rpm and no vac.. so in that area is normally always wot.

thanks for the info. ill try to get 2 logs of a street run and track run to compair. right now my pe value is 1.18. last night i added to my ve then smoothed, trims went from 9 to 7, then i did another and did not smooth this, well i added 7 to every value in the area i saw 7 so it woudlnt smooth too much.
how could the car not do this on the street? could the new o2s be changing things that much?
